 We do not accept returns or exchanges. However your shopping experience and satisfaction with our kits is important to us.  Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. We will look at each request on an individual basis.

Damaged or Defective

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please advise us within 7 business days of your package’s arrival. If you do not contact us within this timeframe for authorization, we will not be able to offer an exchange. We will provide you with a return label/postage to ship the damaged goods back to us and will send replacement merchandise at no cost to you. We cannot process your request if we do not receive the returned merchandise.


All damaged returns must be accompanied by:

  • customer's email address
  • customer's phone number
  • custome'rs shipping address
